Find out below what our typical process looks like when it comes to fitting a new stove for you!
After you contact us for an enquiry about a new stove – whether that’s via our contact forms, social media, email or a phone call – the process instantly begins. We always aim to get back to you regarding your enquiry within 24 hours.
We can then arrange a date that our team can come out and do a survey on the area where you would like the stove installed.
Once the survey date is arranged, our team will discuss how the installation will be carried out. You will be given a time scale from start to completion of the job, as well as the backup and support services that will be available to you before, during and after your installation.
For every installation we meet all of our customers’ individual requirements for each stove, if you have a dream plan of how you would like your stove to look, or an area for it to be, let us know and we will do our best to make that dream come true.
