Here at Abbey Bridge we have a very smooth process when it comes to stove installation, from surveying to servicing – we do it all!

Find out below what our typical process looks like when it comes to fitting a new stove for you!

After you contact us for an enquiry about a new stove – whether that’s via our contact forms, social media, email or a phone call – the process instantly begins. We always aim to get back to you regarding your enquiry within 24 hours.

We can then arrange a date that our team can come out and do a survey on the area where you would like the stove installed.

Once the survey date is arranged, our team will discuss how the installation will be carried out. You will be given a time scale from start to completion of the job, as well as the backup and support services that will be available to you before, during and after your installation.

For every installation we meet all of our customers’ individual requirements for each stove, if you have a dream plan of how you would like your stove to look, or an area for it to be, let us know and we will do our best to make that dream come true.

Arrange Inspection Date

Stage 2 – Arrange an on site inspection date. The best way to start any project is with a face-to-face meeting. We usually conduct this on site to inspect your existing setting and talk through your requirements and options for stoves and fireplaces. We then provide you with a no obligation no fee quotation free of charge.

Quotation sent to you

Stage 3 – We stock and supply a range of stoves from a number of manufacturers. The stove types we supply are listed on our website, however, we can supply or fit a stove based on your requirements.  We offer free detailed consultation to ensure you end up with a log burner you love.

Authorisation

Stage 4 – You get back in touch with us with authorisation to book you in along with a deposit payment to secure the stove of your choice.

Installation

Stage 5 – Installation. Our aim is to complete your log burner installation as quickly as possible. Generally this takes around 2 – 4 days from start to finish. We ensure a quick, clean and efficient installation service during hours which suit you.
